『レベチ』とは、「レベルが違う」を省略した若者言葉。「レベルが違う」は、対象を何かと比較した時に、それがずば抜けて素晴らしい様子を表す言葉。(比較するものが存在せず)単に対象の素晴らしさを伝えるために使われる場合もある。

「レベチで面白い(比べ物にならないほど面白い)」「可愛さレベチ(ずば抜けて可愛い)」など、人や物事の様子・状態を称賛する時に使用される。

“rebeti” is a youth slang that omits “reberu ga tigau (=level is different)”. “Reberu ga tigau” means that when you compare an object to something, it looks amazing. Even when there is nothing to compare, it is also used to simply express the splendor of the object.
